Arrange A Suitable Time

BER Survey
A LocalBER.ie BER Assessor will arrive at your house at the scheduled time, We will Do a Full Survey of the Property, this may take anywhere from 30 mins up to 2 hours. See Below For More Detailed Breakdown of The Actual BER Survey
04.
Report will be Emailed To You
Within 3 Days we will have your report ready to send to the SEAI, Before Submission we will contact you and let you know what the the BER Rating is for your dwelling, if it is very close to the next rating level, we may recommend that you make a few minor alterations to your home (maybe change home heating controls or put a lagging jacket on the Hot Water cylinder) so as you can get your dwelling to the next level, If this is the Case we will come out and Resurvey the house free of charge before submitting our findings to the SEAI.
05.
BER accessment complete
Once your Report has been sent to the SEAI, We will then send you a PDF copy of the report via email, A Hardcopy of the report will be available upon request.
